The Arkadelphia Festival of the Arts Planning Committee is excited to announce The History Channel’s Daniel Casey is coming to the 2024 Arkadelphia Festival of the Arts (AFOTA).

As seen on “Iron and Fire” and “Forged in Fire,” the master blacksmith will perform live demonstrations at AFOTA24. Casey will also have a vendor booth on Artist Row, where some of his custom products will be available for purchase.

“Blacksmithing is an incredible art form and Casey is one of the best,” Special Events Manager Halle Mann said. “We are so excited to have him at this year’s festival!”

An Arkansas native, Casey specializes in creating custom-ordered knives, flintlock rifles, and tomahawks, among other things. He owns and operates Casey Arms with his wife, Chelsey. CLICK HERE to learn more about Casey Arms.

Casey appeared on the 2015 reality show, “Iron and Fire.” The show follows the master blacksmith as he creates custom pieces for clients, often a weapon or tool with historical significance.

Casey also appeared on season 5 of The History Channel’s, “Forged in Fire.” The competition series highlights the ancient craft of blacksmithing, and challenges contestants to create various types of bladed weapons.

Casey will be featured at AFOTA24’s Artist Row, sponsored by The Ross Foundation and Crist Engineers. The 2024 Arkadelphia Festival of the Arts is October 11 and 12 in the city’s downtown area.
